The reverse function prevents clogging so you can keep grinding without any interruptions. For more tender results, some meats can be ground twice. However, fatty meats should only be ground once.

  • Maintenance and Warranty: Clean all parts thoroughly in warm water. Always dry the parts immediately after washing for a longer service life. Do not wash the parts in dishwasher.
